Our Commitment

ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

We want every visitor to browse our site, request service, and find the information they need without barriers.

Last updated: July 2026

Our goal

Grand Plumbing strives to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. That means we work to make our site readable, navigable, and usable for people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboards, or assistive technology.

What we do

We use semantic headings and landmarks so screen readers can move through pages logically. We add descriptive labels to images and icon-only buttons. We check color contrast so text is readable against its background. We also keep forms simple, with clear labels and focus indicators.

Keyboard and mobile use

You should be able to reach every interactive element with a keyboard and know where you are on the page. On mobile, tap targets are sized for easy use, and the layout reflows without losing content or function.

Ongoing improvements

Accessibility is not a one-time fix. We review pages as we add them, run automated checks, and fix contrast, heading order, and landmark issues when they come up. If you notice something we missed, we want to hear about it.

Third-party content

Some parts of our site may rely on third-party tools or embeds. We choose partners that support accessibility, but we cannot control every detail of their platforms. If you run into trouble with embedded content, let us know and we will find another way to share the information.

Need help or have feedback?

If you have trouble using any part of our site, or if you have suggestions for how we can improve, please reach out. We will do our best to help you get the information you need and make the experience better for everyone.
