Why Choose Us

NO GUESSWORK. JUST VIDEO.

Sewer work is where homeowners get sold jobs they don't need. A camera inspection shows you exactly what's in your line before anyone quotes a repair.

See it yourself

You watch the screen right alongside us. Roots, cracks, offsets, and bellies show up in clear color video, not our guess.

Exact location & depth

Our locator pinpoints where the problem sits in the yard and how deep, so any repair is aimed at the right spot.

Recording you keep

We can save the footage so you have it for a second opinion, your insurance, or a home sale.

Buying a home? Check first

A sewer camera inspection before closing can catch a failing line that a regular home inspection never looks at.

WHAT THE CAMERA SHOWS YOU

Your sewer line is buried, so most of the time nobody knows what shape it's in until something goes wrong. A sewer camera inspection in Highland, CA changes that. We push a small color camera through your cleanout and watch the live video together, so you see the inside of the pipe instead of taking someone's word for it.

Out here, roots are the most common thing we find. Mature trees in older neighborhoods around Highland and Redlands send roots toward sewer lines looking for water, and they push in at the joints. Older homes also tend to have cast iron or clay laterals that crack, corrode, or shift over the years. Newer homes on slab aren't off the hook either. Soil settling can create bellies, low spots where waste sits and clogs keep coming back.

The camera also has a locator built into the head. When we spot a problem, we find that exact spot from above ground and mark how deep it is. That means if a repair is needed, it's aimed right where the trouble is instead of digging up half the yard to find it.

Information

FAQ.

Common questions on sewer camera inspection in Highland. Don't see yours? Give us a call.

01

What is a sewer camera inspection?

We feed a waterproof camera on a flexible cable through a cleanout into your sewer line. It sends live color video to a monitor so we can see the inside of the pipe all the way out toward the city connection.

02

When should I get my sewer line inspected?

Get one if several drains are slow at once, toilets gurgle, you've had repeat clogs or backups, you smell sewage outside, or you're buying an older home. It's also smart before any sewer repair so the fix matches the real problem.

03

What can the camera find?

Tree roots, cracks, broken or separated joints, low spots called bellies where waste sits, grease buildup, corroded cast iron, collapsed sections, and objects that don't belong in the line.

04

Do I need a sewer inspection when buying a house?

We recommend it, especially for homes built before the 1980s or homes with big mature trees. Standard home inspections usually don't scope the sewer lateral, and a failed line can be one of the most expensive surprises after you move in.

05

How long does a video pipe inspection take?

Most residential inspections take about an hour, depending on access and line length. If there's no cleanout or the line is fully blocked, we may need to clear it first or access it another way.

06

Will you try to sell me a big repair?

No. You watch the video with us. If the line is healthy, we say so. If there's a problem, we show you where it is and explain the options, from a simple cleaning to a spot repair or replacement.
